ZillowVERIFIEDShe is amazing. Goes above and beyond. Truly cares about finding the right home for the right buyer. Never thought we would be buying a home via FaceTime but here we are in 2020 making that a reality. She made countless visits to the homes we were interested in, investigated the neighborhoods gave reference upon reference to make this transition as smooth of moving to Port Richey from out of state. Genuine good person, tells you the good the bad and even the ugly. Honest and reliable. I would not go with anyone else and will be referring her for all of our family moving to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I gave Julie 4 Stars on local knowledge because I felt that was well deserved. She did know the neighborhoods very well. Process expertise...I don't feel there was anything to process. Responsiveness...Not the best at getting back to you in a timely manner. Negotiation skills...Didn't have anything to negotiate. Overall a satisfying experience though.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Julie last summer after we had seen several properties online that we were very interested in viewing in her area and her contact information was linked to the website. She contacted us right back and seemed to be interested in helping us. We told her we were going to be in her area in a week and let her know the properties we were hoping to see. When we were in the area we contacted her and she informed us that the properties that we wanted to see were off the market and she would see if there were any others that we might be interested in. She never called us back. Its OK we found a beautiful property in Ft Myers and are relocating in 10/14

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Julie in Feb 2012 while looking for a house. When I decided to make an offer on one that was empty, I thought it was gonna be a easy transaction. I was wrong, it turned out to have many issues with the seller and turns out that there was a mistake on the title which caused a probate situation. The course of the transaction was longer than I expected it but Julie handled every detail with great success and made my job so much easier.The time involved was almost 6 months start to finish but it was worth the wait, and I saved a lot of money on this deal because of Julie. In turn I listed my old house with her and she was able to have it sold in the first weekend it was offered. That closing went very fast and now I just have one house to deal with and owe Julie lots of gratitude.
