In 20 years as a full-time Realtor®, I’ve had the privilege of working with all types of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, luxury homeowners, families, retirees, and everything in between. Each client and property is unique, and my focus is always on tailoring the process to their goals while making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Recently I helped sellers who needed a quick sale. I staged their home myself, coordinated professional marketing, and priced it strategically to attract multiple offers. After carefully vetting buyers and negotiating terms, they closed quickly at well over asking price—exactly the outcome they hoped for.

I earned my license in 2005 after a career as a professional athlete. My family’s involvement in development sparked my interest early on, and I even appeared on HGTV’s ‘Designer’s Challenge’ when remodeling our 1910 Craftsman home. With a strong background in marketing, I became licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and for the past 20 years I’ve built a successful career helping clients across the Columbia Gorge.

I hold advanced real estate designations including CLHMS Guild Elite, CRS, and GRI, which represent specialized training in luxury, residential, and advanced real estate practices. My background in communication, psychology, and marketing adds another layer of expertise. I also serve on the Oregon REALTORS® Forms Committee and am active at both local and state levels—ensuring I stay at the forefront of industry knowledge to better advocate for my clients.
