Julie was a tremendous help to us, when as renters in Piedmont our landlord went into foreclosure with the bank. Julie called me regularly to check in and inform me of what was going on with the bank, and advised us as to our rights. In fact, she was so knowledgeable about the situation that when it finally sold, long after we had moved out, she represented the buyer! She was able to hang in there and ride through the very bumpy short sale and that lovely house found a great family! Fortunately for us, and in no small part due to Julie's diligence we were able to get out long before things got really complicated!
