Julie Gardner

Julie teams with her business partner Peter Lambros to serve Missoula's commercial real estate market. Julie and Peter have worked together on a wide variety of transactions from leases for small, local businesses to selling landmark buildings and developments. As a Leasing Agent for Missoula's Southgate Mall, Julie has the unique experience of working for a locally owned property, while bringing multi-national companies to the community. Seeing Missoula's economy grow and its business sector expand in ways that benefit our community is the highlight of her career in commercial real estate.
