We need to sell my mother in laws ranch in KCMO. Julie met with me to walk through the house and within 30 minutes had a game plan. A few days later she present her listing proposal which was very comprehensive and what her approach would be. After we signed with her, she was in constant contact with us and provided frequent updates. She got the house listed and on the market on a Saturday and we had a contract the following Saturday.
