Here are the reasons we are very pleased with the service you provided: #1 Positive and cheerful attitude. You exuded a "Can Do" attitude and convinced us that despite our misgivings on the value of our property, you were right. #2 Extensive preparation. We interviewed three realty representatives, including a national-level representative. They were good. You were great. Unlike the others, you showed-up extensively prepared. Your binders, folders and handouts were professionally prepared. You knew the facts. You gave a price for the property more than $50K above the other realtors' estimates. Most importantly, you could explain in detail how you derived your figures. We were very impressed. Your competitors talked a great game but most of what I heard is how good their companies were ---- interesting but not relevant to how our property was going to sell. You talked data and it was right-on target. #3 Communications and advice. You gave us solid advice on how to improve some facets of our home for selling. Additionally, you maintained constant contact with us to appraise us as to trends and prospective buyers' interest. #4 Selling Price. You were able to get us the price you advised us on in about two weeks. The proof of your ability is the "bottom line" and you did what you said you would do. Overall, you lessened our stress at trying to move while simultaneously selling our property.
