You talked data and it was right-on target. #3 Communications and advice. You gave us solid advice on how to improve some facets of our home for selling. Additionally, you maintained constant contact with us to appraise us as to trends and prospective buyers' interest. #4 Selling Price. You were able to get us the price you advised us on in about two weeks. The proof of your ability is the "bottom line" and you did what you said you would do. Overall, you lessened our stress at trying to move while simultaneously selling our property.
