ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a Realtor in October of 2019 and Julie was recommended by a friend. We met with her and signed a contract with her at that first meeting. Her presentation, coupled with her professionalism and personality made it an easy decision. She immediately put her team to work and had us meet with her designer and contractor. We came up with a list of improvements that would cost about $15,000. Julie assured us that by doing those things we would increase the market value of the house by at least $30,000. The original plan was to list the house by middle of March 2020. In February Julie suggested that if we could be ready by the beginning of March she felt it would be to our advantage. We got the house ready on March 1, had it cleaned March 2 and Julies photographer took pictures on March 3. She listed it before noon on March 5 and our first showing happened at 2:30 that afternoon. We had 43 showing between then and the open house on Sunday, March 8. Another 47 people came through the open house. Offers were requested by 11:00 AM on March 9. We had 9 offers and accepted one for $30,000 over asking price. Julie and her team worked with us every step of the way. They were responsive and attentive to our needs. The results speak for themselves! My wife and I highly recommend Julie and her team to anyone looking to sell their house.

We witnessed through our experience that this was so true. We worked with several agents before. She is the best agent we worked with and the others cannot even get close. She is very responsive and works fast. Right after we signed an agreement with have our house listed, she arranged a stager to make our house ready to take photos and then she sent a professional photographer who took very appealing photos of our house. After the photos were taken, she listed our house immediately. We were able to use a phone app to receive requests for showings and accept them. At the end of the second day after having around 14 showings in total, she informed us that we had 4 offers and we sold our house for $10,000 above the asking price.
