ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I met Julie as a result of the work she did in our community. She was able to help a home owner sell their property for the highest price in the community history. Shortly after my wife asked Julie to consult with us over the current condition of our home, paint schemes, home design, etc as part of a strategy to sell our home. We were moving out of state and the time line for a sale was very aggressive. Moments later a pandemic lockdown of California took place and changed the rules completely as to how a home can be shown. It was slow at the beginning and at times I was pushing for out of the box thinking and strategy. Julie?s many professional traits quickly appeared. She is expert with many years of experience and she knows her market like the back of her hand. She knows the methods to sell a home and never lost confidence in those methods even in the middle of a government insistent lockdown. About two weeks in, her methods started to bare fruit exactly as she had predicted. Through the lockdown, and the entire process, she was ALWAYS available for a call, a text, feedback, strategy adjustment or even an emergency visit to allow a vendor in to finalize some work. Our target to sell was 30 days. The government lockdown occurred and we left for our new home about halfway through. Through Julie?s hard work and expertise we sold in 29 days during a pandemic! To finalize, some words about Julie. Expert, strong work ethic, process driven, informed, reliable, personable, great positive energy, giving, client care and friendly. The offer that we accepted was higher than we asked for. We will never forget Julie.
