Myself and my husband of 30 years have since built life at 9300'; developing our 35 acres, and designing & building our Custom Home acting as General Contractor while actively performing the majority of the Construction. Having been raised by a proud Navy Veteran & an entrepreneurial Homemaker, Paralegal & Motel owner; we have since harvested & sold firewood, built & ran a respected Remodeling company, and were Laundromat Owners in Colorado Springs for 15 years. The land also provided us the opportunity for rescue and care for our ever changing furry friends including llamas, dogs, cats, and the occasional fox, deer, skunk, elk & cow. My passions include care of the elderly, love of animals, and respect for all sentient beings. Alongside the Laundromat business, I built my professional career of 19 years as HOA Property Management for Homeowners Associations throughout Teller County, CO, providing service to hundreds of HOA Members and Tenants. It is a privilege to engage in the Real Estate industry and to be a part of the journey.
