Julie is a hard worker. Even though she knew that we were not ready to buy at this time and that we had some financial challenges, she stuck with us and kept us focusing on future goals. She went out with me several times to help me understand the present market. She set us up with a financial counselor who Clarified what we must do to buy in the future. Most Realtors would have just told us to call back when we were ready to buy. Julie has a big heart but she is also smart and dedicated. Because of that, she is the only person I will use. I could not have purchased my first home without Julie's knowledge and expertise. Julie was a critical component throughout from negotiations and beyond the close of escrow.
