We had to make the initial contract offering and do most of the communication from Atlanta since that is where we were living at the time. There are a lot of realtors out there who can help make the process of buying a home easier. There are also a lot of realtors who have the experience needed to help you have the upper hand out there in the market. But there aren't a lot of realtors who bring all of that to the table while being personable, relatable, helpful, determined, available at any hour, and just a nice person to spend hours and hours with while looking at other people's houses, like Julie Allen.
