ZillowVERIFIEDJewels was very professional throughout the whole process. I found her name by searching realtors in the Jurupa Valley and I definitely made the right choice. She kept me informed, held an open house and the house sold quickly. She has extensive information on the areas she represents. I would definitely recommend her for both sellers and buyers. I live over three hours away and Jewels went over and above what was expected. There was a leaky washer faucet in the garage (home had tenants prior to the sale) and she placed a bucket under the faucet and emptied it every day.

ZillowVERIFIED Jewels from the start was extremely professional and is on her game. She came out to see the house and within days it was up on zillow as coming soon. Less than a week later we had amazing photos taken, and that following weekend the hiuse went up for sale. We had an open house that next weekend and boom!!!!! We had an offer that was amazing. All and all the only thing to say is if you wanna sell your home without any issues and always have a way to contact your realtor then you need Jewels!

ZillowVERIFIED Having to move to the Inland Empire because of work, we chose Norco because of our love of horses. We knew nothing about the town, or anybody that lived there. Jewels was fantastic and made our transition very easy. Not only did she get to know us to get a feel for what would make us happy, she knows the ins and outs of all of the various neighborhoods, which was very helpful and she made sure to steer us in the right direction while looking. We were moving from central CA, which made it hard for us to see houses sometimes, so Jewels would go and take video as she did walk-throughs so we had a more realistic view of the houses and lots than pictures would provide.After we bought a house and got settled, we have become friends and she has introduced us to so many great people. We were so fortunate to have her as our agent.You can't go wrong with Jewels Farmer! :)

We really enjoyed having Jewels as our agent. We had spoken to a couple before we chose her and not only did she give us the best prognosis for what we should expect to get for our property...she delivered on it. Further, she was really good about communication. Selling a house is stressful enough without wondering what's going on. Gladly, we did not have to deal with that with Jewels in contact as things changed or decisions needed to be made. We would definitely use Jewels again without question.

We made the decision to sell our truly lovely home in Norco, California, and relocate to the dream home we'd discovered in another state. Of course timing both sale and purchase was crucial.Fortunately we chose Julie ("Jewels") Farmer as our realtor, based on a recommendation from a friend. Jewels was a blessing in our lives in so many ways! She was candid about our home's true market value, which allowed us to price it correctly for the prompt sale we required. I am a very difficult and picky person to deal with but Jewels was always calm and positive. She knows her business and is very patient. I have know her since 2007, she helped me purchase my very first home in 2009 and when I moved out of state she helped me sell the same home in 2012. I never even had to be there to complete the sale! We were able to process all paperwork through electronic means while I was out of state. She was always professional and quick to respond and attend to all my needs and inquiries as a first-time home buyer and seller. We had been listed for six months prior to retaining her services and had about four people look at the property. She brought that many through in the first month. She kept us appraised of what was happening with our advertising, and was always there for any questions. Once the property sold, she was very helpful in walking us through all the paper work. She was always available for any questions, and made sure that if she could not be there for an inspection, someone from her team was there to help us through.
