We moved to the area from Chicago where we had experience as an attorney buying and selling but knew nothing about the Memphis area with a lot of things being different. She helped guide us through different cities based on our need for schools for our children and our price points. After working with her for several months our financial situation changed and we had to stop looking for 10 months. During this difficult time for us Julianna kept in touch with us and was so patient through the whole process. I fully admit we may not have always been the easiest buyers.
