Her professionalism, honesty, and transparency was impressive! My husband and I were probably were one of her most challenging clients as we decided to put our home on the market and started house shopping at the same time. She was there any time we needed her or had questions, and she handled everything effortlessly as we found a new construction home and getting our current one under contract. She had a small time frame to synchronize all of it and she made it happen with us closing on the sale of our home at 9am followed by the closing on our new home purchase the same day at noon! A week prior I decided to put a secondary home on the market as well & not only did she quickly get it under contract, she gave insight on tips for showcasing the highlights of this home, and she walked me through every single offer we were given as it was a first time experience for me selling a property!
