ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Julia by a work colleague who had great success working with Julia to sell his house in West Hartford in the summer of 2025. I decided late in the summer of 2025 to also list my house in West Hartford and Julia had no concerns about her ability to market and sell the house at the end of the typical selling season. Julia's recommendation for accurately pricing the home aligned with my expectations and demonstrated her local knowledge and expertise for the West Hartford market. The entire listing and closing process completed quickly and without issue and Julia also recommended a great local attorney to represent me at the closing. I definitely recommend Julia for any of your real estate selling or buying needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Julia was excellent from start to finish, very professional. She did a competitive market analysis and recommended a good asking price to begin with. She selected a very good photographer who did a great job of producing pictures for the websites that generated a lot of interest, ultimately producing ten offers all above the asking price. Finally, an issue arose with the house inspection that she helped resolve to both the buyer's and my satisfaction. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Julia has been absolutely incredible to work with. She was patient with us throughout the entire process as our needs shifted a number of times. She also made herself available on short notice to help us get into properties that were in high demand. We cannot recommend Julia enough to those looking for properties, whether it is purchase or rental, single-fam, multi-fam or otherwise. She will definitely be our go-to agent for all future needs. Thank you Julia for all the hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Julia is the best and you can never go wrong with her services. Julia met me as a novice in the housing market and taught me the details to look out for when buying a home. Julia asked me to describe my home of choice and the features I will like to see in it, and I did. Julia kept sending me photos of different homes in line with the descriptions I sent to her until I finally made a choice and my offer was accepted by the seller. Julia keeps to appointment; she is willing to explain and answer any questions you have and will always get back to you with questions she doesn't have immediate answers to. Julia will be very patient with you to make your own choice and will never pressure you to buy any home. After she helped me with the purchase of my home, she gave me a list service of agencies in case I need one. Julia will make your life easier. I had other recommendations from friends, but I made the best choice by going with Julia and I will always recommend her services to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Julia did an outstanding job with selling my home! I previously used Julia to buy this very same home, and was thrilled when she agreed to help me sell it 5 years later. Julia was incredibly responsive and helped me through the entire process since this was my first time selling a home. She was also able to secure multiple offers over asking price! I am again using Julia to buy a condo, and will always use Julia White as my realtor. She has proven to be an expert in buying and selling properties and is absolutely an asset in both processes. I will always recommend working with Julia White when buying or selling!
