ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I take great pleasure in recommending Julia Standard as a real estate professional for anyone seeking the ideal home. We were comfortable in our small two-bedroom apartment until we discovered we were expecting another baby. We transferred into a three- bedroom and were still fine for a while with our other children in each room, but once our older son permanently joined our household, two rooms and four growing children was definitely inadequate. The children needed separate rooms and a safe outdoor space. We needed a larger home with a yard and fast! Julia had an initial meeting with us and took notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for rent in the county and school district of preference. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. We found Julia to be an extremely attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers (we know that was not the case). She returned our phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Julia was honest about some minor expectations that we may have encountered during the home rental process.We are pleased to recommend Julia Standard to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home. She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if/ when we need to move again she will be our first choice in real estate agents.
