In 2014, Julia decided to take on a new challenge and became a Realtor. Taking advantage of her vast network of contacts, Julia joined The Forkner Group, under the tutelage of Top Producing Realtor, Ty Forkner. Since then, Julia has increased her knowledge of the luxury and commercial real estate markets. With her strong work ethic and love for the environment, Julia hopes to increase awareness of the importance of sustainable living, because after all, Waterfront real estate is the most desirable property in Miami and if we dont pay attention to the dangers of polluting the bay and ocean, we could one day find ourselves not having a bay or ocean to enjoy."

Julia works with local organizations such as Fertile Earth Foundation and VolunteerCleanup.org, attends the Miami Beach Sustainability Committee meetings and maintains close relations with those bringing a positive influence to our waterways and overall environmental health.
