I presented Julia with a few challenges at the beginning of the process, all of which she handled with ease. She recommended lenders to speak with for my situation & walked me through the process in baby steps. She took me out multiple times to look at many different houses within different price ranges & made recommendations of areas/HOA's to consider in different price ranges based on her knowledge of mello roos in the different communities. I ended up finding a house with a floor-plan I'd been admiring for years, something I would have never looked at if not for her guidance.
