ZillowVERIFIED I do not currently live in California. I was walking around my son's neighborhood and saw an Open House sign. Since I may eventually be relocating, I stopped by the Open House. I made it clear to Julie Reardon that I wasn't presently house hunting. She gave me a tour of the house, answered questions, made suggestions for the future. She even emailed me several times to pass on information that answered my questions and more. I'm convinced if Ms. Reardon was as professional and helpful to me, not presently in the market, I would not hesitate to use her if I relocate. And I would highly recommend her. By the way, the house she was showing was very well presented. I asked if she had staged it herself and she responded affirmatively.
