My son and I researched several agents in the area. We found 2 we thought would work for us. ZillowVERIFIED Julia Grambo is the BOMB!!!! I've done 7 real estate transactions in the past 25 years and none of the previous agents can measure up to the likes of Julia. My last 2 transactions were in Las Vegas (bought home in 9/2017) & sold same home September 2020. I reside in Hawaii so I bought & sold while in Hawaii & trusted both agents with my transactions without visiting LV. Why didn't I retain my first agent? She did just a "SOSO" job in representing my interest. I had planned to go to Las Vegas to choose my agent, prep my house for the sale, & remove my personal items. But due to COVID-19, I would need to quarantine for 14 days upon my return to Hawaii. I contacted ZILLOW who recommended Julia Grambo. Julia contacted me & I related my situation. She immediately got cleaners, landscaper, plumber, electrician, & AC tech to accomplish what I would have needed to do myself. She has an army of people to choose from & at reasonable to down right cheap rates to get things done per my requirements. Julia never put a premium on their billings & had each contractor bill me direct or she offered to pay it & wait to get reimbursed later. Julia also volunteered her services, at no cost, to meet my auto transport company to ship my Range Rover to Hawaii! Unless I had a question, I never had to contact Julia on updates, she would text, email, or call me sometimes 4X a day as things happen regarding my sale. Let me interject that 20 years ago I had a real estate license so I know that fiduciary duties related to this career & Julia far exceeds those duties by leaps & bounds!
