I started working with Julia on a Saturday and by the next Wednesday she called to inform me she has a buyer who is ready to start the home buying process. Mind you, this was within the original price range I set for Julia. Which was just North of $500k. From my memory I believe we only worked together for 45 days (possibly less) and I had closed on the house completely.She kept me up-to-date from cradle to grave. If there were any newly found issues of the house, she immediately provided me with several options along with her professional recommendations. Most issues were resolved within 24 hours.The most work I had to do was electronically sign a few documents. If you're looking for a realtor who can operate as if she has an entire army at her disposal then give Julia a call. The next house I purchase will be with Julia Baldwin!
