I was looking online for a realtor that would take less than 6% to sell a house I was flipping. Juli contacted me and was willing to do so. I thought I might get less than top service since the commision was less but that wasn't the case. Juli was great. She helped stage the house, got great pictures for the add the house was under contract in a little over a week. If I buy or sell another house I'll choose her as my agent.

She went out of her way to work with mortgage company to get me approved for the house i wanted. I highly recommend working with Julie. Julie was very mindful of my financial parameters and always stayed within them when showing me houses and if she went above, it was because she was about to negotiate the price points. I was on o tight time line and she was able to get the complete process done in 30 days! ZillowVERIFIED we made her look at every single house under 300k in a 1 hour radius of Delaware in NJ. I cant believe she put up with it, but she did and she was always happy and excited to talk to us and see us. She knows her stuff and always put us and our needs first. Any questions we had about an area or the inner working is a house she could answer. For example what oil heat can do to walls of a home, or if a water softener was being used or was in good repair.

She persistently maintained open communication with me creating a transparent and enjoyable home buying process. Julie is undoubtedly a true leader and a great person. During a purchase of my new home, a seller became uncooperative and cause the real estate transaction to fall through. The seller refused to sign back my initial down payment for the home. Julie stood by my side in small claims court and represented me in front of the judge! Words cannot even explain what kind of courage it took for her to do that. She knows the process of how to get ready to sell! She told me when and how to start packing, how to stage my house and what needed to be repaired before selling. When I was buying, which was all at the same time, she was completely honest with me about what she thought I would/wouldn't like about the home compared to my needs. She also pointed out what the pros and cons were for each house. Juli is full of energy and a pleasure to work with!! I really wouldn't go with anyone else if I had to do this again...

ZillowVERIFIED Best,best,best!!! Juli Morella is top notch. I had a very bad experence with the first realitor i tried, in a moment of frustration i did a web search and came accrost Julie. Even tho i told her i was barley in a situation to be able to buy a home she 100% wanted to genuinely help me find one that was realistic for me. She listened to everything i expected in my future home, took me to see every house i was interested in and also showed me homes she found one of which being my dream home i currently live in thanks to Her!!! I could talk all day about how professional she is and her knowledge of south jersey(off the charts) or even how she was there for me during and after the purchase of my house. The most important thing is she warned me about how i would want to pull my hair out in the prosess of buying a home lol, this woman never stopped believing i could do it for a second and that is what im most thankful for. You will never find a realitor who can compare on a personal or professional level......
