ZillowVERIFIED Juli Jacobson is truly one of the most professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented realtor around! The sale of our rental house had multiple complications, and she handled them all VERY well! Even taking the time to educate herself on multiple issues that don't come up often!! Communication was excellent - she didn't micro-manage every detail, but absolutely let you know when something important was happening or about to happen. She handled ALL the 'extra' things like irrigation water rights transfers, etc. This saying may get over-used, but I truly can't recommend her highly enough. She's absolutely wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED Juli Jacobson is an outstanding person! She is personable and real. She is very informative and takes care of all the dirty work while making sure you feel in control of the process. She made sure everything was perfectly ready to go, selling my house for exactly the amount we were going for. This process from start to complete closing only took one month!!! I was a little apprehensive about selling, Juli met with me many times to help me understand everything. She even met me on the side line of soccer practice one day ( hows that for easy!!). ZillowVERIFIED Juli was and is amazing. I've seen a lot of Agents will say that they will work after hours and not follow through, but Juli does. As soon as a new listing came up on the MLS she was quick to send it to me and show if I so desired. She talked to my mortgage company when I couldn't and she has been very straight forward and honest from the start. I interviewed several agents and she stood out to me, she's very knowledgeable and she was the perfect pick and did a quick and fantastic job for us.

We looked that weekend at ONE house that met all the things we wanted and needed (yes there WERE some things we didn't care for, like paint color - but that was not a major concern). She directed us to a great person to help with the loan. We had a LOT of extenuating problems that she helped us through. Always there if we had a question or concern....
