She explained her strategy on pricing my condo and she couldnt have been more spot on, her plan worked perfectly and I couldnt be happier. Ive seen other listings on the market miss the mark, they lost the crucial first impressions by potential buyers with a poor pricing and marketing strategy. I had an offer over asking within the first day and multiple offers by the second. I followed all of her recommendations to the letter, I decluttered, I moved things to stage better, she explained each offer and the pros and cons of each perfectly. Overall a great experience, I cant wait to use her to find my next home when I'm ready.
