We evaluated three realtors and were looking for one that was knowledgeable of our area, experienced as realtor and with strong negotiation skills to obtain for us the best fair price in the shortest time. All three realtors were good; however, Ms. Judy Wolf Siegel was by far the best. Ms Wolf Siegel did everything she said she would do and would do any fair thing we asked her to do - like taking night pictures, retaking some pictures we did not think had come out great and modifying dates to fit our schedule better. She gave us great recommendations to fix our home for better viewing. We expected to take three months to sell our home and sold it in 2.5 weeks and for a great fair price. She also gave us great information to execute the closing properly like how to safely have the funds wired to our accounts. On top of all this she made the selling process enjoyable because of her fun personality and engaging "laugh" . We highly recommend her. She is the best.
