ZillowVERIFIED I had very little knowledge or experience in home-buying and I was a bit nervous, especially since I was moving across country. However, Judy was so on top of things that I easily found a place I will love. She negotiated a good price and had the sellers take care of some problems. Plus she was fun to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Judy was an absolute joy to work with. As first time homebuyers my husband and I had a lot of questions, but Judy was very patient and helpful in answering all of them. She helped us decide what we were looking for (which is harder than it seems!) and then found it. She was also invaluable in helping us put together our offer, making sure to include things like a home warranty that we would not have thought of. We will definitely be using Judy again whenever the time comes!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about our experience with Judy Stegall as she represented us in the sale of our home. Her friendly and welcoming personality made it easy for us to go through the process of being a seller. Judy always kept us informed, immediately answered our questions and guided us through every step of the process. She also followed up and tied up a few loose ends after our closing. I would definitely ask her to represent us in the future and highly recommend her to others. She was GREAT!!

We were first time home buyers and did not know much about the home buying process but Judy helped us every step of the way. We got the house we wanted and got everything we asked for thanks to Judy being an outstanding negotiator. I wouldn't want any other realtor but Judy Stegall.

ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but great things to say about Judy! I tried working with several other real estate agents in the area and none of them worked out for various reasons. From the first time Judy showed me a property until the day I closed on my home, she was super responsive, never got frustrated with me, offered her advice, sent me possible listings I would like, and had to deal with some pretty awful selling real estate agents on the seller's ends during negotiation. The most meaningful part of it all is that I was shopping at a very low price point, so Judy did not make much commission off of my purchase. This shows jus how much she cares and how equal she considers all of her clients. To this day, months later, she still checks up on me to see how I am doing. Judy will always be my recommendation for anyone who needs a real estate agent in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Judy Stegall about an 'as is' property which we did not purchase. She was very gracious and cooperative about helping us find a home which suited our needs and within our price range. Judy did not pressure us to accept any property. After several months of searching we found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for our needs. Judy was most helpful in negotiating the price. I highly recommend Judy. She was straight forward and honest with us.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, Judy had plenty of knowledge and patience to assist us every step of the way! With each interaction Judy spent a lot of time with us. I expected a real estate agent to be busy and therefore difficult to have one on one time with, but she made it feel like she had all of the time in the world to help. It was a much easier process with Judy by our side! Would definitely recommend her.
