ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience working with Judy realtor throughout the whole home buying (and selling) process. She was super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything feel a lot less stressful. Communication is always clear, and she and Kathy really went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. Were very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend The Scotland Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very disappointing experience with this listing agent. The property was marketed with the deck as a prominent feature, which was a major factor in my decision-making. After going under contract, I discovered there was an existing code issue related to that same structureaEUR"something that appears in public records. When this was raised, the agent was of no help in resolving the situation. Instead, I was left to deal with the issue on my own, while both the agent and sellers denied any knowledge or involvement. In my view, this reflects a lack of due diligence and a failure to support a transaction once problems ariseaEUR"especially when those problems relate directly to how the property was marketed. Buyers should do their own thorough research and not rely solely on listing representations.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy did an outstanding job with guiding us through buying our first home. Judy made herself available for all of our questions and was able to book most showings of homes the same day we requested them. I would recommend Judy and her team to anyone in the market for a home, but especially for first time home buyers. Judy and her team made us feel confident in the process and our purchase by educating us along the way. We are so thankful for Judy and her team and love our new house!

ZillowVERIFIED From my first meeting with Judy and her team I knew she was the right person to help me sell my mother's home. Their guidance on getting the house ready to sell, the listing price, staging for the showings and choosing the best offer was spot on every time. They listened to my concerns and answered my many questions with knowledge and patience, and I never doubted that they had my best interest at heart. I heartily recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED With Judys professional guidance, there were three offers on my very unique home with features making it difficult to sell to all but the most discerning buyers. I have already recommended Judy to friends and will continue to recommend her highly to others.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I sold our old home with the help of Judy Scotland and her team. She is VERY knowledgeable, and will take the time you need to make sure she passes on that knowledge to you throughout the entire process, letting you know that it is ok if you do not understand something, that is why she is there. She made herself readily available to us if we needed it, for any question big or small. She made the process seem easy if that's possible! Gave us concrete goals and deadlines and then worked hard to make sure we met all of our goals and deadlines on time and without problems. I highly recommend Judy and her team. They go above and beyond for their clients.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were in an unique situation where we had not really been thinking about selling our home, but found a new home that we were interested in purchasing and had to sell quick! I interviewed a few real estate agents before our neighbors recommended Judy ... and once I met Judy I knew immediately that we were going to use her. She was very responsive to phone calls, text messages, and emails. I am a very busy professional working two jobs and it was important that my real estate agent be easy to reach ... and she was! We listed our house and almost immediately had 19-20 showings. We sold our home very quickly and at the price we were looking for. I would highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for a real estate agent and IF I ever move in the future I would look to use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Judy was AWESOME!!!! We had to relocate from out of state and were unable to view houses ourself. Judy was magnificent. She viewed the houses we were interested in and sent us videos and photos and commentaries about each property. Once we decided on a house, she was great with the negotiations and took care of finding us the various professionals needed to do inspections, etc and she was there for every appointment since we couldn't be. She answered all our questions (and in a very timely manner) and helped us to understand the Massachusetts buying process, which was quite a bit different from any other state we had ever been in. We recommend Judy to all our friends and plan to have our grown children use her when they are ready to buy their first home. If we ever need to buy or sale a property in Massachusetts in the future, Judy will be our first call!!

ZillowVERIFIED I am pleased to give my highest recommendation to Judy Scotland of The Scotland Team. Upon recommendation from trusted friends, I listed a home with her and within 45 days the property was sold for slightly above the asking price. Because I lived 120 miles round trip from the home I was selling, I needed an agent who would take care of the many details that I could not attend to in a timely manner. Judy and her team were always accessible to handle these tasks for me. Judy explained the entire selling process in detail and guided me every step of the way. Her communication is exceptional and her knowledge of the market is "spot on". If you're looking for an agent to list, represent, and sell your home for the best price in the shortest timeline possible, Judy Scotland is, without doubt, the person to choose.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy was a person that was very interstellar in helping us sell our parents home. Our parents passed 10 years prior. We had another realtor who did nothing to help us sell the property. When Judy came in she asked that she meet with us to discuss what we might do to brighten up the house on the lake. We agreed to do what she suggested. We went to work in January and Finished in April. She met with us and told us we did wonderful job. She put it on the market and it sold it in a month for the top dollar we were asking for. Judy did an excellent job. Thank you, Dennis Stewart

ZillowVERIFIED Judy was able to sell my house in the dead of winter in 2 months. The reason was she recommended a person to stage the house. She also had other ideas for us. I sat down with other realtors to sell my house. Judy was the only one to put together a portfolio . Also we had moved out before we sold our house and she kept us informed. When the house sold she was there every step of the way. Helping us with the purchase and sale. We could not make it to closing and she even Installed the fire alarms!!! Thank you Judy for all the help and getting us the best price!!! Loretta McKie
