ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience working with Judy was FLAWLESS! She was there from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, I was naturally very nervous of various steps required and how lengthy of a process this can be. But Judy went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel at ease and proved every step of the way that she had my best interest at heart, even though she works with both sellers and buyers as well. She was in communications with me via email, even when she had to fly out of the country!!!!! That's the BEST CLIENT SERVICE hands down. I found my dream house on 5/13/17 and had the keys in my hands by 7/5/2017. Unbelievable!!!! I will forever cherish the memories building my new home, but I will forever be grateful to her for making this experience EXTREMELY smooth and stress free. She will ALWAYS be a special part of this journey!

ZillowVERIFIED We just sold our rental property in Stockton. Judy was incredibly professional, thorough and positive throughout this experience. For a year, Judy and I exchanged emails (since we are not local) and finally found the right time to prepare and list our property. She had everything finished within a week, property listed with very professional photos and then we received an offer at asking price 2 days later. My wife and I are so happy and Judy was instrumental in making this all work.

ZillowVERIFIED As a investor, I've worked with many realtors in the past. The key to getting the home you want is the realtor. I did some research on Judy. It's true, she is the best. She will get you that home. Don't take a chance on losing that dream home you want. Call her.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy is a nice lady who helped me buy an investment property. Besides she is honest and attentive to my needs, she goes far and beyond to provide assistance on other aspects of my investment. For instance, I fought with the county about my property tax increase on my other property, she happily provided sales comps which eventually helped me prevail.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Judy Pham originally to buy our investment homes. She is really good at evaluating properties and has a lot of neighborhood knowledge. You never have to second guess if you're in good hands. She's is HONEST with the highest level of integrity. Judy always responsive with our many questions and we always had our answers via phone, text and email. She always emphasized integrity during the entire process and she educated my husband and I a great deal about the purchasing process. She was never pushy and never tried to urge us to buy something that was outside of our means. We would definitely recommend her to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy is a great agent that I have ever seen at short sale my house,it was taking only three weeks on the market to have the buyers made the offer and it is now now my house is sold. I will recommend my friends to hire her if they want to sell their home and I will again to hire to be my agent to purchase the new home. Don.

ZillowVERIFIED I greatly enjoyed working with Judy. I purchased my investment home from her last year. She is extremely helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I can tell she did her homework prior to our meetings. She provided me with price comparison of other homes in my area matching my criteria and was able to suggest different loan companies to best match my needs. She helped me out throughout my paperwork and contacted my loan agents directly along with escrow to speed up my closing process. Made shopping for an investment home a breeze. I definitely recommend Judy as an agent. When I'm ready for another investment home, she will be my go to agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Judy Pham is a phenomenal agent who we unexpectedly happened to run across but decided to go with ultimately because of her knowledge and guidance in our house shopping. She was always open to our concerns and had much patience from the many houses we looked at. She was very clear in the home purchasing process and which made it seem easy. What I am most impressed is that even after we purchased the home, she still keeps in contact and even provided documents for the upcoming tax time to help us!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Judy last year. Judy displayed professionalism and flexibility. She made sure that all the homes we viewed all fit our criterias. She never hesitated to assist us whether it was after hours or weekends. She always made time for us. We found our home rather quickly and all thanks to our realtor's efficiency. We would definitely work with Judy again and highly gives her our recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy was very helpful and did not pressure me into a sale. She emailed me any new homes that came on the market that were in the area that I was looking in. She was avaliable to show me any home that I wanted to look at. She was fun and easy to work with. She took care of all the paper work and communicated with my loan officer which made it much easier for me. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. Especially first time home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy is very good. Her most instrumental help was introducing us to home loan lender that listened to our needs and helped us get the best rate available. She is very proactive. When we made our offer, the seller's sgent was on vacation, but Judy did not waste any time, and she Judy was able to get our offer to the seller within 3 hours. She is very knowledgable of the real estate laws. to be short, she is good - very good.
