ZillowVERIFIED I have been trying to get someone to meet me at a home to look at the inside and have been unsuccessful for over a week. they dont read your emails. i asked to be texted over and over. never got the first text. the email responses are inappropriate. i ask for a good time for them to meet me and i get a response to call the office. ..... i work third shift and i dont sleep with a phone in my hand. my husband has been listening for all my texts since this started with the house. he doesnt listen to my messages. i will never recommend pendarvis to help with anything.today was the last straw. i got up at 4pm. there were two messages. i got so excited. the first message was to call the office. bummer, this message came thru around 10am. the second message was that she was at the house waiting on me! the call was made at 3pm. i cried. the house is so pretty. it needs a lot of tlc and a remodel but life is not worth a pile of stress. there are other homes and other agents. dont let this one mess around with your time and energy.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy sold a house for me and then sold me a investment house that was a REO. She did a great job with the sale. I had used another local agent, but did not get any results. Once Judy took the listing thing happen. I got several offer and one of them matured into a contract that closed at a good price. Thing went smoothly and I did not have any problems. Early this year she presented me a property that has been taken back by a lender (she works with a number of lenders and has good sources for that type property) though I did not at first go an look at it, Judy stayed on me and once I did I immediately purchased the property. It was a great deal and she knew it would be something interesting to me.She is a skilled broker and honest person. I would highly recommend her.
