Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Be prepared and have an approval in hand. Choose an experienced agent.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Declutter, organize, fix leaky faucets, maintain all systems and add some curb appeal. First impressions are important. People do judge the house by the exterior. We can tell you what you need to do to sell fast.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, sellers moving up, investors and commercial clients.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I sold a house that the buyer missed out on so when I saw it come back on the market I was the first to offer. My buyer was so happy that I got them in.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was a Commercial Lender for many years working for several Fortune 5 companies and decide to pursue my love of real estate.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have many designations and am a full-time Realtor. I also own my own real estate business.

Judy made a stressful time more manageable. She was available and on top of everything every step of the way. Our house was sold quickly and she is our agent on our new home purchase. She is an experienced realtor with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend her services

Meeting Judy right from the beginning you knew you were going to like her. Great personality and we had lots of laughs. She is surely a go getter and for Kathy who did nothing, to help. Judy did it all, making phone calls to have a sale on all items in the house, making calls to have someone to clean the inside of the house, making calls to have all the shrubs cut and shaped, the lawn mowed. These are all things that Kathy should of done being the homeowner. All she ever said to me when I would tell her you should be making the calls not Judy. She would say thats why I'm paying her!! Then the septic system was no good, Kathy got mad about that, again Judy made 3 calls to have 3 people come out to get the better price for Kathy. All Kathy did was complain about when she would get her money. Whenever Kathy had to go to house for something, I always drove her and we would meet with Judy. Always laughing and joking but, getting the job done. Judy had that house sold in less than a week with multiple bids on the house. She is a hard worker, a go getter, a great personality, and works very hard. When I go to sell my house, Judy will be the one I will go to. The best of the best is Judy. I made a new friend!!!

Judy has a vast network of friends in the real estate business, and these relationships that she has strengthened through the years have her best interests in mind, which have helped her become the realtor you would want working for you. Judy provided me with a steady flow of properties that were of interest to me, and I ended up purchasing a condo in Worcester with a deeded parking garage, at a fair price, and in a great area. This was my first time purchasing a home and dealing with Judy was a comfortable and relaxing experience even though a big event in any ones life. During the process she was very patient and honest. She listened to all my concerns and questions and answered them in a manner that helped me understand what was happening throughout which provided me the confidence to make such a big decision in my life.Even when I had questions late she would be willing to listen and provide very good feed back. She was considerate and never forcing you to make decisions in haste. Very down to earth.
