I happenstance upon Judy after she sent a letter to the community I was living in whereby clients were looking to purchase Usually I shred them but I decided to email her about my property. It was a smart move on my part (pat on the back) as Judy responded immediately. Long story short, she got my place sold in two days at top dollar, cash - all I was hoping for.
