ZillowVERIFIED Loved Judy! I was a first time homebuyer. Ran into her by mistake because I clicked the "contact agent" button for a house I had no interest in on a real estate app by mistake. I initially told her know that I didn't mean to click on "contact agent", that I wasn't really interested in that or any property and that I wasn't ready to buy just yet so I didn't want to waste anyone's time. Also, was trying to avoid being harassed by a real estate agent all the time because we all know how that goes. But she convinced me to go see just 3 houses, even if I didn't like them so she could get an idea of what I was looking for. That was the first day I was so impressed by Judy. She would look at things that I would never look at or know anything about, like electrical and the furnace and the roof. Not only that, but she was so knowledgable on all of it even the costs involved. I loved that she never bombarded me with calls or emails about houses in which I had no interest. She was very good at letting me reach out to her because she understood that I was keeping my own eye out and wanted to take my time.Also, she's got some negotiating skills! We originally put an offer on the house I bought that was extremely low to buy time for my parents to come see it too. We never thought it would be accepted, but Judy made it happen!! Not only that, but then she was also able to negotiate a substantial credit for closing costs with the seller on top of it!As a first time home buyer, I couldn't ask for a better realtor. She was knowledgeable and patient and broke things down for me so that I could understand everything. She also had great contacts, for example she recommended me the inspector I used whom I also liked working with. Having her share her contacts with me was great because I had no idea where to start. As soon as something came up, she was incredibly responsive and available. She was incredibly easy to reach any time, any day. She would text, email, call, and even used online platforms to sign documents which I loved! Made everything to easy and fast. Also, I could genuinely tell that she was excited for me and had my best interest in mind. I never felt pressured or as if she was just trying to sell me something. Everything about Judy was great to me and she made my first home buying experience a breeze! I would highly recommend her!

In my opinion, all that I previously stated warrants at least a 4 star rating....what pushes me to give Judy that 5th star is that Judy genuinely cares about understanding who you are and ensuring that you are happy. Purchasing a home is a big (financial) commitment with a lot of ups and downs throughout the process; Judy was there, helping us, every step of the way - and just knowing that we could count on her for her guidance and expertise was gratifying.From beginning to closing - it took approx. 2 months and we def. have Judy to thank for that.
