Being a great real estate agent requires in-depth knowledge of the market dynamics and the intricacies of the home buying/selling process, but also the interpersonal skills to understand what your client needs to make them happy. She excels at all of these - I saw it firsthand as a home buyer who was relocating to Scottsdale buying for the first time. She took the time to explain the entire process to me over the phone, went over the types of condo properties available based on my criteria, and planned an extensive tour of a few units on an initial weekend visit. Once we zeroed in on a particular property that I liked most, she compiled all of the available listings and set up appointments to view them as we spent multiple days looking for the right unit there. On each visit she had insightful feedback on the state of the home, its location and view within the complex, the outdoor space and patio size, and more. When we finally found one I liked enough on which to put an offer, I was impressed by her analytical way of looking at comparable sales and coming up with a fair number for the offer, and then navigating through the difficult negotiation with the listing agent and sellers to close the deal. She was patient and thoughtful as we deliberated on multiple counter offers and was always available to talk, and I never had to deal with anyone else the whole way which made it very comfortable for me as a first-time buyer. I always felt that she was looking out for my best interests and wanting to make sure I'd be happy in my prospective home long-term. Her network of referrals for loan agents and contractors were also top notch, and she went the extra mile even after closing to make sure my relocation went well and I got settled into the area. Judy then met me at my residence and made several suggestions as to what should be addressed prior to listing and marketing strategy. It was at this initial meeting with Judy I decided to list with her due to her experience and wealth of knowledge. The issues were addressed and the residence listed. During the photo shoot of the property, Judy suggested a photo of the property (1.25 acres) and the residence be taken from an adjacent hillside. This photo was taken and depicted a fantastic panoramic view. Due to her experience and professional demeanor in marketing the property, numerous offers were received. Judy presented me with the first offer and took several backup offers. Due to unforeseen circumstances the first offer did not come to fruition. Judy immediately notified me and presented me with the first backup offer, which was accepted and the property sold. It should be noted that based on Judy's due diligence, the sale was completed from listing to being sold, even with the issues described previously, in six weeks! It was a great experience working with Judy and I would highly recommend her bar none for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first bought my condo, I had the pleasure to work with Judy LeMarr. I initially was working with a different real state and realized that was not going to work. Judy came recommended to me through my loan broker. I could not have been happier with Judy. She walked me through all the documents, accommodated the deliverables to my hectic schedule and represented my interest at all time with high degree of honesty. Not knowing much about the real estate market back then, I felt I was in very good hands. Judy was very competent and knowledgeable. At the end of 2012, I had to sell my condo to be able to afford a family house. Not only the market was awful and the selling prices had dropped below my original purchase price but most important, I was living out of the country.Judy made the transition really easy for me. She was very professional at all times and went above and beyond of the expectation. We did most of the paperwork via Docusign and communicated via email. Despite the 9 hours difference that separated us, we worked very well and efficiently. She would send me the documents and gave me a deadline when to have them back. In addition, my place needed some touch up and Judy graciously offered to take over that extra effort. She contracted directly the plumber, the electrician, the cleaning crew and prepared the place for the open house events. Additionally, I set up the bar high and the amount I wanted to get was much higher than what the market was ready to pay for. Judys extraordinary knowledge of the real estate market and her negotiating skills made it possible. Judys experience as a buyers and sellers agent together with her negotiation skills were invaluable to make it happen. I cant emphasize enough how much help and support I received from Judy in addition of the price I was asking for. Hadnt been for Judy, I would have not been able to sell my place from 6,000 miles away at the price that I wanted to get.
