ZillowVERIFIEDJust was amazing! She puts her heart and soul into everything she does. In spite of challenges with the sale of our condo, she never lost faith and did her absolute best to close the sale, which she did! We very much appreciate everything Judy has done for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her. The best example I can say is that when my mom sells her house, we plan on calling Judy. Shes the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to put a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jason, Judy and the team at Keller-Williams/House To Home for their never ending hard work at making the sale of our home and the purchase of our condo go as smooth as possible. Oh we had some bumps in the road that were very stressful but they were always there with an encouraging word and an alternate plan to keep us on track. We cannot thank you enough and we will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. You were like family and we felt you could feel our pain when things weren't just right and you were happy for us when we finally had our closing. We love our new home and don't plan to move again but if we did, we would certainly go with Keller-Williams. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Mike & Mary

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I listed our home for sale in Mequon, WI with Judy and experienced the best service imaginable with Judy and her entire team. She visited with us to discuss the sale of our home and answered our many questions. During that 'sales call' we never felt pressured into making any contractual decisions. Most impressive were her thorough research and winning strategy for maximizing our return on investment. Her organization successfully promoted our listing, and we were very pleased with the open houses and excellent offer that we accepted. SOLD. Additionally, she offered to refer top performing agents to us in the new city where we were relocating to. Judy brings an energy and professionalism to everything she does for her clients. Thank you, Judy!

ZillowVERIFIED We are forever grateful to Bella Koepp for guiding us through the home-buying process! As first-time buyers in a less than ideal market, we could not have asked for better! Bella is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, honest, and friendly! Not only did she set up and attend countless showings with us, but she also guided us through finding top-notch home inspectors and lenders. We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Bella and the House to Home Team at KW!

ZillowVERIFIED Paress, We couldnt have been luckier when we threw the dice on Zillow and made contact to find a realtor. They lined us up with you and its been a wonderful relationship in our eyes. You were so accommodating when we would come to town with our long list of houses to see within your market and sometimes far afield from your market. You were incredibly responsive when we know you had to be busy as can be. You advised and helped and made sure that we found the home that we did.

ZillowVERIFIED Where and how do I start to thank Paress! Paress and (Judy) helped me find my first condo. As many new homeowners, I was super nervous and anxious about the whole process , to top it off I was moving to a new city all together. From seeing almost 12-13 condos in two days, to the offer letter , the inspection and even getting the place professionally cleaned before moving in. Lets not the forget the coffee and bubbly provided haha . I'm happy to say Paress is actually now my good friend . I am very grateful for you did/do!

ZillowVERIFIED We adore Abbie! As a professional in the real estate business but also as a human being. She helped my husband four years ago buy his first house and she was the first person we contacted when it was time for another one. We went through ups and downs with the whole process. But she kept us positive and always told us shed be working hard to get us our home - and she sure did it!! We recommend her to all our friends and we would recommend her to any stranger as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely superb, and I'm hard to please! Judy has helped me now with multiple properties--buying two and selling two. I have never worked with anyone better. She is smart, effective, knowledgeable, responsive, and, as if that weren't enough, incredibly warm and affable on top of it. It is obvious that she really cares about her clients, and that she loves her job. Incidentally, Judy knows her way around practically every size of property, and she got both of my condos sold within a matter of days. Great skill and dedication like hers are always too scarce. Search no further and give her a call, you won't regret it.

Judy was patient with our needs and responsible to the market circumstances, bringing to close a fair deal with an expedient resolution. Her leadership and insights to our best interests was reassuring in troubled times. Bravo to Judy and her House to Home Team.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Paress in both the buying and selling side of things and she's great to work with. Paress is knowledgeable and informative while projecting a calm demeanor that allows you to think things through without feeling pressure or rushed. In selling a property, Paress helped me get plenty of really good offers in the first days of listing the property which we sold higher than we had listed due to Paress' smart strategy.

ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I met Paress Huebner at a showing of a home we were interested in located in Bayview. We did not have an agent at the time and were immediately impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable Paress was. This particular property did not work out for us but she took note of all of our must haves and not long afterwards began sending us emails of listings we might like. After a few showings she got a good sense of what we liked and what wouldn't work out. Then came the day we found the one. She saw our immediate reaction as we entered our future dream home and guided us through the offer process. We heeded her advice and after a short bidding war with other offers our offer was accepted by the seller. But the battle wasn't over yet. This particular property had some structural issues that needed to be addressed which she handled quite masterfully putting us in touch with a structural engineer/architect who helped us address some important issues until everything finally passed inspection and we could proceed with the closing.Because of the current covid situation we handled the closing virtually and on the phone. Paress was again very instrumental in making this last process seamless up until the moment she handed us the keys to our dream home.Paress' negotiating skills truly came to light as we had encountered a few stumbling blocks with the seller's agent. It was very re-assuring to have her in our corner the whole time.Lastly, I must mention that it was Paress' empathy and her ability to connect with us not only on a business level but on an emotional level that made the difference for us with this milestone life event.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started working with Paress in January, found our dream house in May, and closed in June. Throughout the process, Paress was fun to work with, professional, intuitive, and very prompt in responding. She kept an eye out for our house wish list, and brought our attention to potential properties. We ended up finding our house while scanning online real estate listings, but it wouldnt have come up in our agent-forwarded MLS searches anyhow, since it was beyond our desired price range. We had a very accelerated offer process with competing offers and a 30-day closing, but Paress helped us navigate it admirably. She was there when needed, well beyond aEURoebusiness hoursaEUR?. She answered our many questions, and when she didnt know the answer, she had the backing of her team (including industry veteran, Judy Huebner, who happens to be her mom). The negotiation part was challenging - we got almost no concessions from the seller - but I do not fault her. It was simply a tough market, and we really wanted the house. Overall, we were very pleased working with Paress, and were thrilled with our new house. Wed highly recommend her and the House-to-Home team!

ZillowVERIFIED When I was searching for a realtor, I knew that I wanted to work with a savvy business woman who not only had been successful in her job, but also someone I felt comfortable with and would work hard for me. Working with Judy Huebner has been such a pleasure. I was at a challenging time in my life and was not certain how I would be able to sell my home and purchase a new home for my life moving forward. Judy was compassionate, and really helped guide me along the way with staging and goal setting for a successful house showing and an accepted offer in a short time. I truly don't believe I would not have been able to accomplish what I did without her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy helped us buying our house in 2014 when we moved to the area, we were in a rush, as we needed to get our son to school asap. She perfectly pictured our needs as we described what we were looking for, and found exactly what we needed in record time. She once again, was of a great help thru the process, very diligent, impartial opinion on prospect buyers requests and shapely supported us during selling negotiations. ZillowVERIFIED Judy is an amazing realtor! We have worked with many realtors over the years but she is the first one that has really worked for us. She is a strong negotiator, gives excellent advice and helped us win our home without over paying! If you are thinking of working with some of the new online realtors, that's great but after our experience we felt that in the WI area, you really do need an experienced individual that knows how to do face to face personalized business with selling/buying agents. She has great contacts to help with any updates or changes you need to do in your home. Highly, highly, highly recommend her!

She is hard working going above the top with helping and responsiveness to issues. I am impressed with her contacts and consistent quick response and follow through. Judy has been extremely supportive. I am not sure whether any other realtor would be so helpful. It has been a comfort knowing she always has my back. I have nothing but positive comments on Judy. In summary, Judy has so many good qualities that I feel confident highly recommending her to anyone seeking a realtor. Thanks for for the opportunity to evaluate such a competent professional.
