ZillowVERIFIED Working with Judy was a great experience. This was our 8th home purchase, so we have several past experiences to compare. She communicates well, was helpful with conflict resolution, and overall made home buying a stress free experience. Judy and her team are true real estate professionals.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy is the most knowledgeable realtor for lake properties in Northern Wisconsin. We trusted her as a new property buying agent and a selling agent on our previous lake home. We have worked with Judy for over 15 years.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked with Judy on the purchase of our lake home. She was always quick to get back to us whenever we needed a question answered, and setup a showing within 24 hours of our initial inquiry. The market is very hot right now and the biggest benefit we had with Judy was that she was willing to work after hours to get our offer written. We knew other offers were coming in and wanted to get something submitted the night we got back from the showing. She worked until 10 to get it done, and were this not the case we might not have got an accepted offer. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy did a great job and we had a lot of traffic for the time of year. I would consider this an off-season sale so it was great! Judy kept us informed during the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy Barr gave 200% in helping me to sell my property. It was a heartbreaking sale, made even more difficult by a clueless mortgage service company. She stuck with me on this to the bitter end, working through one hurtle after another and most of it done long distance.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy has excellent marketing skills, utilizing all forms of outreach - from mailings, photos, and all of the latest technology. In comparing Judys listings to others, there is no comparison. Judy would make time to show listings we were interested in, no matter how many times we wanted to go back to the same properties. Judy is very insightful and has an excellent eye for identifying issues and shortcomings of a potential property. She has a great personality, always upbeat - no matter the situation - and was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Our lake home was on the market with other realtors for three years. Judy looked things over and recommended removing some more personal items as well as some left-over clutter and she sold it in six days. She suggested people to help with emptying the house and buildings which meant we closed in six weeks. Judy has knowledge, energy, and tireless support; she has an excellent assistant, Drea, who fills in seamlessly for Judy and stays on top of paper work and dates. I can?t say enough about Judy and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED I was so fortunate to have found Judy Barr, as my Realtor. Judy and her team helped me all the while I was struggling to keep two homes running. Judy and her team were patient, responsive and helpful. Anytime I needed a handyman for things I could not fix or do, Judy, Drea and the team had a name that I could trust that would take care of the issue and not over charge me. Judy, made the sale look like it was simple. She has the best personality and can make anything successful and possible. The best part about working with Judy was that she was always focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and closing the deal. I would strongly recommend Judy to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy sold my house and 11 acres of land on the Wisconsin River in the middle of winter in a matter of several months. I had to select a realtor long distance as I live 6 hours away and could not come up to interview brokers. I knew from our first phone conversation that Judy was experienced, professional, focused, energetic, logical and would be very successful in selling my property. I had showings it seemed about every week (in the middle of winter and with many feet of snow on the ground in some cases). An offer soon resulted. I liked Judys marketing efforts and promotional video too. Judys advice helped navigate the remaining elements of the closing process and she provided good advice. While I was not eager to sell my property, I really had to, and am very happy I worked with Judy, her talented assistant Dreah and her staff. I would highly recommend Judy and team to sell / buy property in the northwoods.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Judy Barr (Remax Property Pros) was wonderful. I came in with an unusual situation. I needed to move from my (then) current location to a new location in a hurry. Seriously, I need a place in days to weeks, not months. She took a personal understanding of my situation and acted on it.... !!! She got the ball rolling that same day and within weeks I was in my new location. In addition, when Judy was not available to get back to me on questions I had, her associate, Drea, was right! She actually tided up the whole end process. What a team!!! My dearest gratitude to the two of them!! It will truly be a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Judy and everybody we dealt with at Remax Property Pros in Eagle River was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Projected a very superior attitude, wasn't responsive to inquiries. I had a awful experience with her. When I asked about a specific vacation home, an exchanged of 6 emails ensued about a property'a dog policy, They have a 25-30 lb weight limit. I heard her, let's move on! She didn't read my emails in entirety, so I had to resend answers to questions and what we were looking for several times.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy and her staff were very helpful and diligent with the listing of our home. I greatly appreciated the advance contact for every showing and timely feedback received. I believe the beautiful images produced for the listing were very beneficial to getting interest. I also communicated frequently with Andrea Myszka(Customer Coordinator) who provided exceptional assistance and guidance to keep our listing and closing on track. I will sincerely recommend Judy Barr & Associates as a very good real estate company in Northern Wisconsin.

ZillowVERIFIED We had Judy as our first realtor when we first purchased our first home, and we knew we wanted her to be our selling agent for this same house. We are so glad we did! We just closed a few days ago and we are so please with her. We just moved out of state and had to sell our house from far away. We were very impressed with how responsive Judy was with emails, texts and calls. e kept us in the loop at all times and made it very easy to take care of the paperwork even from out-of-state. We were so grateful for this! She also did a wonderful job helping us work through an issue that came up during the selling of our home and was great a negotiating a resolution with the buyers agent. We would definitely recommend Judy. She is also great at helping us understand everything and making recommendations when things get frustrating. In fact, we're realizing how hard it can be to find a great realtor now that we've moved and are looking for a new home: so far no one has come close to Judy! She's very professional, friendly, courteous and patient.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy Barr provided a market analysis of my lakeside home. She priced it at $299,900. I listed with another realtor at $339,000 and within 2 days I received two offers. and In five days I had a full price offer of $339,000. If I had listed with Judy I would have left $40,000 on the table. I was very disappointed with Judy and her analysis and would recommend getting a second opinion.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy Barr stuck with us for almost a year, as we looked at dozens of houses, and never gave up hope that we would find the "right" house. She was right, and we moved into our new home last week. She was so patient with us, and gave us the support we needed, especially since we lived six hours away. Judy made our house hunting fun and exciting, and was very knowledgeable about the areas we looked in, as well as all the details of the surrounding lakes. She is the best realtor in the north woods, and we would highly recommend her to everyone looking for a new, or second home. Thank you Judy!!
