He worked hard to get the right photos and the right language for the listing, always open to feedback.Once we got to the open house stage, he was on it. Every weekend, even after we had the house in contract. Kept me informed of the number of interested buyers, potential offers and was great at giving me feedback so I knew where we were at all times.Once we had our offers in hand, he worked carefully through each of them, reviewing pros and cons. (I have owned before but this was my first time selling in California.) We worked through a plan that got me an offer with which I was extremely happy, and a very solid backup offer.Removal of contingencies took longer than expected, having nothing to do with our side, and at every turn, Judson was patient with me, as well as professional and leaning-in to get the deal successfully closed.He did a great job of setting expectations throughout, and I have to say, we had a lot of fun doing it.Awesome listing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we had the good fortune of having Judson as our real estate guru. Judson is personable, professional, and always put our happiness first! As one who had hardly any knowledge of the process, I could always rely on him to give a simple explanation and make a complicated, overwhelming topic manageable. I also always appreciated that Judson cared about our outcome, and always insisted we offer only at comfortable prices, and only on houses that we would truly be happy with. He never pressured us at all.And since the bottom line is always important, we did end up getting a deal on our home (though I almost feel silly saying any purchase approaching $1M is a "deal"! ha!)... But I do feel like we got a steal! In our case, Judson was able to work with the selling agent and guide us through negotiations, so that we ended up paying at least $100k UNDER the home's value. The home was even appraised over purchase price, and that never happens! I'm sitting in my house now and feel so lucky that we found Judson.
