I am Judy McDougal, Realtor. Please let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. I have been a Savannah resident for 40 years. I was a Medical Technologist for 25 years before embarking on my second career as a Real Estate Broker 20 years ago. I have been a top producing agent with Remax Savannah for 18 years. During that time I have earned several awards from Remax International including, Top Agent outside Metro Atlanta, Remax Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement award and The Chairman's Club award. Designations I have earned are CRS, GRI, ABR and LTG. I am an active member of Womens Council of Realtors , Distinguished Sales Society, and The Savannah Board of Realtors, as well as very active in my community and church. I am a full time Realtor.

Judy is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and makes an extremely complicated process of closing a home sale look simple. Having to sell a property from Overseas is within itself a challenge. Judy walked us through the entire process via email and later when we arrived in Savannah for signing the closing documentation, she insured all tasks were completed and challenges mitigated in the closing process prior to our arrival. I recommend Judy as a real estate broker to anyone attempting to sell or buy a home in the Savannah area. She was tops!
