ZillowVERIFIED Judi was great,She came in and helped us fix items that new buyers would be looking for.After 20 years in the same house you don't notice things that a fresh set of eyes does. She then helped us stage our home for sale. She priced our house correctly in the market. She told us you want to price it right so that a lot of people will come thru the house and the more people that come thru the more excitement it builds and in this market then the more offers you will get. Long story short we received 6 offers after the open house, all over asking and we excepted an offer for $20,000 over asking. Great experience all around. We highly recommend Judi

She took the time to explain every step along the way and she also shared her experience and knowledge about the neighborhoods and the strengths/weaknesses of each property. She was very prompt (in fact early) for every meeting and responded quickly to every call and text. Judi provided helpful contact information for the other professionals that were needed (legal, electrical, inspection etc.) Based on our discussions during the process, I would recommend Judi for first time buyers but also for someone looking to purchase a million dollar home on the lake since she knows the Canandaigua market so well.

When it turned out that there were no homes for sale in this development she wrote letters to every house there to say she had a buyer. Turned out a couple was getting ready to list there house and it never made to the market because it was perfect. Now it is my home. You could not do better than to work with Judi. She was the only realtor I found in the area who was willing to help us find rentals and not just homes for sale.
