I obtained my real estate license 8 years ago, after years of sales and customer service experience. Of course, I entered the most rocky, unstable period the industry has seen in decades. Talk about experiences! Plummeting property values, foreclosures, short sales, 203K loans, mold remediation, inground oil tanks and one or two traditional sales. None of this could dampen my underlying belief that home ownership is (and in my opinion) will always be a good investment.
