ZillowVERIFIEDJudi was always easy to get in touch with and made efforts to reach out to us regularly through the buying process. This was our first house so she looked out for our interests and helped get the best price, and fought back when the owners wanted to change things after we signed the contract. If you don't have a loan company yet use her contact, they are very quick and easy.
ZillowVERIFIEDJudi is an amazing realtor and one of the nicest most patient people youll have the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home in our budget. While the review doesnt let me do both, Judi also listed and sold our old home in less than 48 hours!
ZillowVERIFIEDJudi has been our real estate agent both times we have purchased a home. She is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She listens to what you are looking for and points out things you may not realize. Judi does not push you to pick a house just to pick a house, but is patient and works with you to find your dream home. In addition to being our real estate agent, Judi has also become a good friend. We recommend her to everyone who is buying or selling a house.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe was a blessing because we were new buyers.she was so honest and helpful, for example I fell in love with a house and instead of covering up the truth that the house had flaws she told me the truth. I appreciate her advice on waiting for our dream home. Even when we found our dream house which turned out to be way passed our expectations. We love her and she is a very special person to us.
ZillowVERIFIEDJudi was great to work with. She set up many houses for us to see and often viewed homes for us. Judi was easily accessible and returned calls timely. She was knowledgeable and brought our attention to possible concerns with properties we viewed. Definitely recommend her services!
ZillowVERIFIEDJudi Jorns is one of the most patient and knowledgeable real estate agents Ive ever met. I probably fall in the category of professional lookers, so Ive met a lot of real estate agents over the years. Judi is at the top of her game in real estate knowledge, home improvements and construction and the home buying process. Judi went above and beyond when I found a home I loved. She went over it with a fine-tooth comb and discovered my dream home wasnt so dreamy. Emotions can easily cloud good judgment when looking for your perfect home. Judi will share in your excitement, but help keep your feet on the ground. I did not end up buying that home. On another occasion I found a home on a street I adored, secured financing and then change my mind at the last minute due to concern for cost of needed improvements. Judi was so kind and considerate of my feelings and respected my decision to not proceed with the purchase. I have still not bought a home, but when I do, there is only one real estate agent I will use and that is Judi Jorns. She has knowledge, class and customer service second to none!
ZillowVERIFIEDJudi was an incredible real estate agent! She was very knowledgeable about each property we visited. She was always a phone call away if we had any questions (we had a lot!!) and she was awesome at being readily available for showings.I wouldn't choose anyone else to guide me through the process of buying a home!!
