This was my first time buying a home and Juanita was amazing. She was always available when I had questions or wanted to view a home. She listened to my needs and wants with what I was looking for in my home. She sent me the address of a home in the morning, we looked at the home that afternoon, she put the offer in that night and the offer was accepted the next day! She put in an awesome offer which led the sellers to accept the offer due to her negotiation skills and expertise. She will advocate and go above and beyond for her clients. Although I closed 2/18/22 Juanita still contacted me after the closing to make sure I didn?t need anything else. I HIGHLY recommend using her when buying or selling!!!!! Ive never bought or sold a home before and I was unfortunately put in a situation where I had to sell my father's home after he passed away. So I asked different friends on social media for suggestions and received 4 names. Juanita was the second person and made a huge impression, I actually canceled my two other appointments while she was there because she was so impressive. Right off the bat I said I don't want to put a lot of money into this and right off the bat. She said I suggest you do some repairs which is what I did not want to hear but it's what needed to be done. She definitely did not tell me what I wanted to hear and in the end it paid off. She was very helpful with all of my questions, and there were many, and she always made time for me. I was never made to feel self conscious at any point, she was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend her company and I'll personally guarantee you will not be disappointed. They are good people who do great work.

Juanita is awesome! She advised us on how to prepare our home for sale, inspected it before listing and kept us informed through the sale process. We received 8 offers during the first weekend of listing and signed a sales agreement 4 days after listing.

Called her during her lunch to look at one of her listings. She had never meet us before but dropped everything to meet us and show us the house. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
