ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Cornejo made my house hunting experience so much better than I expected. He was patient with us, which is the most important thing in my opinion! And we saw many, many houses. However, he understood what we were looking for and never once pressured us into making any decisions. I could call him at any hour and he always made time. If he was busy, I would get a call back within the hour. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have regarding the real estate business. I would recommend him time and time again.

ZillowVERIFIED Has an impressive understanding of realty among other skills and knowledge. He is very reliable and always willing to help whatever it may be. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He never leaves his clients in the dark and always make sure they understand the whole process. I will admit, my husband and I knew nothing about the home buying process. Juan was able to sit down and go step by step on the homebuying process, which we all know it is not easy. After our first meeting, we felt very confident. We trust him with everything we have. And to this day he continues to help us. Thank you Juan for all that you do and continue to do!!

ZillowVERIFIED First of all let me tell you, buying a home is no walk in the park, it's definitely not like the movies. Throughout the process we always felt that Mr. Cornejo was trying to make sure we had all the information we needed and that we got the BEST DEAL. Thank you tremendously for helping my family and I make our dreams come true. Being first time home buyers we had so many questions, which Juan was always able to help us with. His friendly and professional personality was very welcoming to us as we were feeling lost when it came to the whole process of buying/making an offer on our new home. I will never be able to thank you enough for the great experience we had as we took on this journey, however I am grateful you were put in our path to make it such a good turnout.

ZillowVERIFIED r. Cornejo was a significant individual during my first time home buy process. He helped to made one of my dreams come true, since he provided me with the guidance that I needed and took me step by step through this process that at a certain point of my life seemed almost impossible. However, Mr. Cornejo always showed support, prevalence, and professionalism. I really appreciate your assistance because it can be easy to find a realtor, but not a professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Juan Cornejo for some years now and never realized he was in the Realtor Business. My Wife and I had been having trouble buying a home for some years now and we went to many places here in Laredo where we didn't get the help needed even though I had an Excellent credit score. So I contacted Juan and that's where the fun started and with the assistance of his Wife Claudia Rangel we were able to buy our first home without any problems. We were paying rent for several years now and finally we are enjoying our home. Please go with Juan Cornejo so he can set you at the right path to your home purchase!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Cornejo was a blessing to work with. He made the naturally stressful process of selling our home and purchasing a new one, a smooth and calculated experience. He knows the market and how to sell a home quickly while fighting for his customers. If any issues arose, I would call up Juan day or night and he would have it taken care of later that day. He is truly a realtor who's ultimate goal is to make families happy. He goes the extra mile to get the deal done, and even helped connect us with an awesome mortgage company who helped us reach our goals when other finance companies told us no. Whether buying or selling a home, I would recommend Juan Cornejo as my #1 realtor hands down.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time homebuyers and needless to say we were at a lost where to begin. Mr. Juan Cornejo walked us through the process with such patience and complete knowledge of what needed to be done. It took us approximately nine months to put everything in order and find the home that fit our family just right. The process was a long one for us and Mr. Cornejo never faltered. He was with us through the whole process. The most impressive trait that Mr. Cornejo possessions also is that he always answers or returns your calls. Even more impressive is that even after helping you get your dream home he continues ensuring that his clients are happy. We have no regrets with our decision to have Mr. Cornejo as our realtor and our beautiful home. Thank you, Brizuela Family
