HOBBIES/INTEREST

I enjoy traveling, playing golf, and spending weekends watching and supporting our daughters at their softball games. Family time and staying active are a big part of my life outside of real estate.

FAMILY

I've been married to my wife for more than 20 years, and together we're raising three wonderful daughters who keep us busy and grounded. Family is at the center of everything I do, both personally and professionally.

JT handled the listing and selling of my home with the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond the call of duty every step of the way. He correctly timed the market to achieve the highest sale price possible. His knowledge and expertise of how to prepare the home--what to worry about and what to leave be--for sale was truly impressive and most certainly impacted the sale price and the selling costs in my favor. He demonstrated himself as a seasoned negotiator through the process and ultimately got the deal done--an all cash deal over asking price. In every instance where I needed a service provider to assist repairs, cleaning and moving, he had seasoned professionals at competitive rates that did great work--and JT managed them every step of the way. I highly recommend JT to anyone buying or selling a home.

I contacted JT in the spring of 2016 to discuss listing my late mothers' house. He could sense I wasn't quite ready and did not pressure me. Instead, we went over the propertys' potential, cost-effectiveness for repairs since it needed work and how I needed to prepare. He wanted to make sure I was ready to let go of my childhood, which is not any easy place to detach from. Once I was actually ready to list by September, he was on the ball and started making things happen in a professional and timely fashion. Motivated, knowledgable, supportive, and extremely diligent. My first offer was great, we went under contract by October, And then interested family are now the new home owners, just after a month after being on the market. So, we were under contract in about a month of being on the market. Of course, we had a few hiccups and issues with this and that And despite delays and additional stress of to the hoikdays, JT stayed on is game, kept me well-informed step by step. He Was able to work some magic and miracles do happens because we graciously closed by the end of the year! Best Christmas present ever!

My experience with JT was wonderful!! We met and agreed on the asking price for my home. The photographer came out and took pictures and my home was put on the market a few days later. 3 days later we were under contract and had received several offers to purchase. With moving being a stressful event in someone's busy life, JT made this a very pleasant experience for me. JT is very reliable, honest and a very straight forward person. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. For me personally, I would not use any other realtor than JT.

J.T. has helped me purchase 2 homes. For my first home, I wasn't sure if I wanted a condo, town home or single family. I also want sure where in Winston Salem I wanted to be located. JT was very patient with me and helped me narrow my search by listening to me and understanding what my needs were. He basically did all the work. All I had to do was go and look at the houses.
