Review Amazing from the beginning to the end. We had a death in the family and had to do a long distance sale. She was AMAZING!!! Got us the most money we were able to get, down to earth, and made the whole process as seamless as possible so all we had to do was spend time with family during a difficult time. I dont usually recommend many people but she is a MUST for real estate. Ive sold in CA, AK, and NC and she made GA the easiest sale ever.

Review Using this agent was one of the worst decisions I could have made. He is slow to respond and provided me incorrect information countless times. He refuses to call you for any reason. He will only aEURoetalk to textaEUR?, giving you with a gobbled message that leaves you confused. He had me verbally agree to two different offers that once I received the offer in writing, he had left off major high dollar demands. He misses appointments and has only small windows of time he is available to meet you. In this crazy market I would text him to see a home and the response would be aEURoeI cant today I'm out of townaEUR?. After about the fourth weekend of this I asked if he could at least get someone from his office to show me a house when he was unavailable. I HAD TO ASK HIM THIS!! Again, no matter what else you read online, this guy will not represent you the way you deserve. My only regret is my house sold under him, because he didnt do anything, and now I have to pay him a commission. I fired him as my buyers agent to which he wouldnt communicate with me at all about my house for sell. I closed on my house and never had another conversation with him. Only 3 short emails. At the closing table, I was given another demand, he gave me NO assistance in clearing up the issue. He told me to let him know when it was taken care of so he could inform the buyer. Dont believe the positive reviews. I was asked to remove common words from my description because they could be aEURoeoffensiveaEUR? yet verbs that are positive are ok.

Review Ok so where do I start, this has been a 2 year process for me and my family. We relocated from a different state. I'm not sure how me and JT originally met but he has made this experience a pleasure for me. From start to finish, he was flexible with his schedule to meet with me after work, because I had just started a new job here in South Carolina. He walked me thru every step, advised me on what to do and say in certain situations. He also saved me money in certain situations. Some things were out of his control, but he did his best to make sure I was always satisfied. I was 100% recommend him and his staff to anyone looking to buy or sell. In the future I will definitely use his services again. Review This is the third time we have worked with JT, and we highly recommend him to ANYONE buying or selling in the Columbia area. He is absolutely amazing!JT is a master negotiator, and helped us get our house for over 15% off the initial asking price. This wasn't a one-time deal, either--he did this for us last time, too. We also had some sticky issues come up with the seller not vacating the house by the date we agreed, and JT smoothed all of this out for us. This man is a negotiating genius!JT also has an extensive network of contacts in the Columbia area--so if you need roof work, HVAC, a new garage door, anything--he can ballpark a fair price and give you a shortlist of reputable companies who do good work. This time we had to remove a massive freestanding bar left by the seller, and JT connected us with a local business owner who wanted it. It took six people to lift, but they hauled it away for free!Basically, JT will solve all of your problems. On top of all that, he is a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to be around. If you need a realtor, this is definitely the guy to call.
