But, John did all the work of dealing and talking with them, all we had to do was sign paperwork when asked to do so. John hung in there with us every step of the way and fought for us thru numerous amounts of contracts being terminated due to the length of time for processing, but he NEVER gave up for us! We felt pretty discouraged initially because we didn't like what we thought would be our perfect home. JT asked if we'd mind him lining up a few houses with the characteristics we wanted. The first house he showed us was the one we bought. Initially it was slightly above our price range but JT explained that the house had been on the market for a long time and there's no harm in putting in an offer that we could afford. We also appreciated that he was straightforward and honest about potential problems that could arise in some of the homes we looked at. Long story short, we would have never found our home if it wasn't for JT. 10/10 experience!

I retired from the military and decided to sell the property and researched Realtors on various websites to include Zillow. I compiled a list of potential Realtors and interviewed them over the phone. I live out of state now, so I needed a real estate professional that would give me an extra level of service and would be a strong communicator. I picked John Cameron for a couple of reasons based on previous positive reviews and feedback and our phone interview which was about 45 minutes. I immediately felt comfortable with John and was assured that he could provide that extra level of service. Well I can tell you that he exceeded my expectations. Our listing was complicated in that we had renters in the property and I decided to allow them to move and list the property without renters to give it the optimal marketing potential. John went above and beyond by facilitating many of the coordination activities and minor work that need to be done on the property. Living out of state and not being able to do these things myself, my full trust and confidence was on John to assist with these items. I know John probably went out to the home over a dozen times to meet with contractors, carpet cleaning, maids, etc.. This was the special level of service I was looking for an ultimately was critical in selling my home. I would provide John a verbal recommendation to any potential client seeking his service. The home sold before Christmas of 2016 and that was the perfect gift! I commend and thank John for his patience, communication and professionalism in helping me sell my home.

Being military, it just wasn't feasible to go back to Illinois to sell the house. We contacted a number of Real Estate agents who didn't want to put in the extra time we required to sell our house. Then we found John. He was wonderful. He arranged for low cost repairs that needed to be done to the house. He found a low cost house cleaning service.
