The condo was put up for sale right as the housing market tanked due to high-interest rates and over-abundant inventory. Throughout the process, Joyce and team stayed positive, communicative, and nimble. They used every trick available to get the condo in front of buyers and their perseverance finally paid off with an offer and a sale. This made navigation to the properties easy. Joyce and team were fantastic and super responsive throughout the process. She was transparent and fair in all her communication which made working with her easy. When we had a conflict Joyce arranged for the home inspection and supervised it herself, which was a big help. The team at 12 door real estate also helped in keeping us updated with all the various milestones - appraisals, contingency removals, etc etc as they occurred, so it was good to see the progress. When we were trying to purchase our home the inventory was low, and decent properties were purchased in a day or two. We had multiple areas and agents working for us. We were not successful until we found a property in Joyces area of Oakdale. Joyce was referred to us by another Broker from out of the area. We worked with Joyce on numerous properties. She navigated the process professionally. Ultimately, we decided to not purchase the previous properties. Then we found the one. Joyce scheduled a viewing for that day. We lived out of town. Joyce understood the importance of our timing and took control. That property didn't work out for us but Uzma kept in touch, with both personalized automated emails and a emails and texts that she personally sent when something caught her eye that we may like, and just to check in to see how our search was going.
