When we moved back to NJ at the tail end of Covid and realized we needed a smaller home than the one we had left behind and rented out once we moved back into it, the market was dauting. We were shocked at the soaring values of homes back in our little neighborhood and the entire area . I prayed that I might maybe be able to meet an agent who would understand our needs and also US! The move back was also daunting and though we knew the area, Florida living is very different from the northeast in every way. I decided I better start looking and went to a few local open houses and Joyce was there! She was so warm and nice, I had to pinch myself and right away I knew if she would take me I would be ok. Joyce has been our advocate for almost three years for both selling and buying. She has worked tirelessly to help us find our new home. Joyce has been honest , direct and makes suggestions in the nicest and kindest of ways. Don't let that kindness be mistaken for ignorance because she is as smart as a whip! She is ALWAYS available and responds to every email, call, text with the answers you are looking for. I know I am in safe hands and there will be no mistakes . She is very warm, personable, detailed and knowledgeable about the area and market. Whenever I called or texted her, I would receive a reply immediately, if possible, or soon afterwards if she was busy with a client. She always kept me apprised of the property showings and the feedback from the prospective tenants. She made the entire process a smooth one, finding a tenant in a relatively short period of time. Once the tenant was established, she was able to get all of the paperwork regarding the lease done quickly, as she had immediately established a good rapport with the tenant's agent. This was greatly appreciated as a tenant was able to move into the property in less than a week's time, thus accelerating the receipt of rental income. I highly recommend her.

She was most knowledgeable, personable, professional, ready to respond to whatever my needs were. Ms. Fernandes recommended the date she thought we should put the condo on the market. Although I was unsure, I followed her advice. The condo sold in less than 2 months as there was essentially no competition at the time. There are not enough positive words to describe Ms. Fernandes and the manner in which she handles things. She was always available, always knew what was needed next and moved to implement whatever it was. She went miles beyond what anyone would expect a real estate agent to do. She buys into the client and takes on the property as if it were her own. Her negotiating skills are superb. Ms. Fernandes never stumbles, always has several ways of dealing with issues that arise. I do not know how I would have been able to sell my condo with anyone else.
