While we never knew her before we started house hunting, we feel like we made a friend through the process. She never made us feel like there was any hidden agenda. She pointed out pros and cons we sometimes hadn't noticed on our own. She listened to what we wanted, and searched along side us until it was found. She was always patient with us, and we came to trust her. There were never any "red flags" when dealing with Joyce. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIEDwe live in Michigan and were in the market to buy our daughter a home in Winchester ,ky, we contact this agent about a home we were interested in and were told it was sold come to find out as of yesterday it is still on the market and was still on the market the weekend after we called. we also called about another home but no one bothered to call us back, the realtor was rude on the phone when I talked to her the first time and ruder by not even returning a call
