I have been selling Real Estate full time for 15 years and I am so happy to be selling on the beach! My slogan is "Selling a Lifestyle" and it could not be more fitting. When you are here it is a lifestyle like no other you have ever known. In today's real estate market, I feel that is important to work with a real estate professional you can trust. As an investment specialist, my team and I deal with many home and condo investors which requires and extensive knowledge of the market and the industry in general. It is imperative to select a Realtor who understands you and your needs, one that you respect and with whom you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and concerns. Without a level of trust the client will not experience the full benefits of a full-time Realtor. We are dedicated to the the due diligence necessary to perform at the highest level for our clients. I have a team which consist of 2 additional agents and a full time assistant. An agent has more than one client. It is no different than an experienced attorney or doctor. In order to be available for clients every day, an assistant is necessary. For example, a listing appointment could last for three hours and during that time someone could call to discuss an offer on your property. Would you want that call to go unanswered for hours? It is crucial that this kind of call be returned immediately and therefore I have additional team members ready to assist with all of your needs.
