Its normal to have many lose out on 14 homes on average before receiving an accepted offer. I was lucky enough to meet joy when casually looking for my first home. After seeing houses go for 10-20% over asking, it was clear I was getting priced out of the market and needed to act fast. On my very first offer we were accepted as a backup and on the 3rd offer we placed I landed my dream home a short distance from downtown Austin.I am recommending Joy to anyone who is serious about owning in Austin. ZillowWhat can I say, Joy is the best. She knows east Austin and was able to find us a great home with limited supply available. We do not live in Austin so Joy was our boots on the ground working hard throughout the week on our behalf. She understood our needs and had solid showings lined up when we arrived from out of town.
